We had a mixed experience at the resort. While the customer service was outstanding, going above and beyond to help us recover lost items, the overall condition of the facilities was disappointing. The amenities were nice, but the rooms felt outdated and in need of some serious upgrades. The location is decent, but the need to travel between separated buildings for activities was a bit inconvenient.
